Jessica founded the firm to offer both: sharp marketing and brand thinking for businesses, and hands-on concierge support for individuals and households.

Before starting Erris Consulting, Jessica spent over a decade leading digital marketing and analytics for organizations including Philips Healthcare, Digitas, and Bose, managing multi-million-dollar budgets, building teams and functions from the ground up, and guiding digital strategy across healthcare, entertainment, retail, and financial services. That same discipline, clear plans, real accountability, and a close read on what's actually working, carries over into every engagement at Erris Consulting.
